Killarney kicked the year off at the RIP Madness Meet in Canmore. KSC was represented by 43 Swimmers from the Juniors and Intermediate Groups.  The meet had a fun pentathlon style set up. Each swimmer competed in all the events (50 Free, 50 Breast, 100 IM, 50 Back, 50 Fly, 100 Free.)  Swimmers' cumulative times were total and used to determine aggregate awards.

Eight KSC swimmers qualified for the marquee 50 Free final: Dorothy, Sophia, Henry, Elliot, Lincoln, Eren, Rayan, and Matthew.  Eren Oz flew off the block and won his final by breaking 30 seconds for the first time, winning the grand prize with a time of 29.38!

Throughout the meet, the swimmers proved that they have been working hard on perfecting their skills, dazzling their coaches with great technique and fast underwater. Killarney finished the meet with 239 personal bests and 18 different athletes finished Top 3.
